Built for studios that source rugs at scale, for clients with specific colour stories, sizes, and timelines.
Trade discount up to 30%
Tiered by annual purchase volume. Discounts apply to in-stock and custom orders, with project-specific quotes for orders above £5,000.
Dedicated trade liaison
One point of contact for samples, custom briefs, lead times and order tracking. Email-first, one UK business day response.
Custom commissions
Bespoke colours, sizes and patterns. Hand-knotted from a single piece, hand-tufted from three. Lead time 12–18 weeks.
Sample swatches
Up to six colour and pile swatches per project, mailed to UK addresses. Returnable freight on swatches above 1 sq ft.
DDP UK shipping
All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid to UK addresses — UK VAT and import duty included, no surprise courier bills for your clients.
Project consultation
One-on-one calls for difficult briefs — hospitality lobby pieces, palette matching against fabric, size optimisation for irregular rooms.

Open to active design practices and procurement teams. Membership is reviewed in 2–3 UK business days.
Interior design studios
Residential, commercial, hospitality and retail design practices with active UK projects. Registered businesses preferred.
Architecture firms
Practices specifying floor coverings on architectural projects. Project portfolio link required.
Hospitality procurement
FF&E procurement teams, hotel groups and design-build contractors specifying for branded and independent properties.
Set & prop stylists
Stylists and editorial designers working on production for film, photography, retail merchandising and exhibitions.
Furniture & lifestyle retailers
Multi-brand retailers and showrooms carrying floor coverings as part of a curated range.
What we look for
An active, ongoing practice. We don't have minimum order quantities — just regular project work and a clear point of contact.

First project
We work the brief end-to-end — samples, sizing, custom or in-stock, DDP delivery to your UK address.
Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. Trade discount activates from the first order; bigger discounts unlock at higher annual volumes.
Can you produce truly custom designs?
Yes — subject to minimum quantities and lead times. Hand-knotted custom from a single piece (12–18 weeks). Hand-tufted custom from three pieces. Email us with the brief and we'll come back with feasibility, lead time and pricing.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, worldwide. UK pricing is DDP (UK VAT and duty included). For other regions, duties depend on the destination — we'll quote at order.
Can clients see samples before committing?
For active partner accounts we run a sample programme — fibre and colour samples by post for clients who need to feel the material before approving.
How is pricing structured?
Standard list price minus your trade discount tier (15–30% depending on volume). Project-specific quotes for orders above £5,000 or commissions outside our standard sizes.
Do I need a UK VAT number to apply?
No. We ship DDP — UK VAT is settled before the rug reaches your address regardless of your VAT status.
